Virginia Czarnocki​​​​

Virginia is an experienced legal professional with a background in project finance, corporate law, and fund structuring. She advises clients on fund formations, CIMA registrations and licenses, foundations, and general structuring. She is well-versed in regulatory matters, regularly acts as AMLCO, and provides strategic board-level advice to funds.

Background & Qualifications

Virginia began her legal career in Scotland, where she became a partner specialising in project finance, working on large-scale infrastructure projects, including schools, hospitals, and renewable energy developments. In 2005, she moved to the Cayman Islands with her young family, joining Walkers and later Maples, where she worked across the funds, finance, and corporate teams. Her expertise includes advising lenders and borrowers on private equity and fund financings, secured cross-border transactions, and financial restructurings.

She has represented international banks, financial institutions, asset management firms, and private equity houses. Her corporate experience includes advising major public and private companies on share acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, and corporate restructurings across diverse industry sectors. Virginia has extensive experience with Cayman structures, including foundations and Special Economic Zone companies.

Virginia took a career break to qualify as a fitness professional and executive performance coach. She later joined Brian Rose’s London Real as a lead instructor, teaching thousands globally how to establish online businesses and podcasts. At the same time, she launched WB.Group, a Cayman Islands firm providing corporate services and company management. helped grow.

She is a retired officer of the British Army’s Intelligence Corps.
