We advised Banco Santander Brasil and its Cayman Islands branch on all aspects of the establishment and operation of Select Global, including debit card and other financial services, in relation to:
- Regulatory requirements and communications with CIMA, the banking regulator in the Cayman Islands
- Operational agreements including SLA and terms and conditions for Select Global and its services
- AML and compliance policies and procedures for the operation of Select Global in the Cayman Islands
- Data Protection and related matters and policies
