Shannon Lee is a specialist cross-border deal execution strategy consultant, having had extensive C-level experience in the industrial services and professional services sectors.  

Mr. Lee’s prior experience includes a number of senior executive positions in multinational corporations, including:

• Managing Director, China for Costa Express, a leading B2B coffee automation technology
• Head of Commercial, China for Securitas AB, a global security and risk solutions provider
• Chief Commercial Director for ISS China, a world leading facility management company
• Principal in the Industrial Practice of Heidrick and Struggles, a global leading executive search and talent consulting firm
• Head of Sales, Greater China for G4S, a worldwide outsourcing and security company
• VP Strategy – Asia for BlueScope, a multinational building and construction products manufacturer

In addition, Mr. Lee also had an extensive strategy consultant career as a Management Consultant in Australia and the USA offices of L.E.K. Global Management Consulting, advising Fortune 500 companies on M&A, market entry, product development, valuation, growth strategy and profitability improvement. He has worked on a diverse range of industries throughout his strategy consulting career including private equity, pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, resources, manufacturing, insurance, aviation, engineering, tourism and media sectors.  

Shannon was born and educated in Australia, holding a Degree in Law (Hons) and Degree in Commerce (Hons – advanced economics) from the University of Melbourne.  He has been living in Mainland China since 2009.
