M•advisory partner Nicole Pineda has once again been selected by Latinvex as one of the top 100 female lawyers specialising in Latin America in the categories of Banking & Finance and Corporate/M&A.
The list recognises the leading 100 female attorneys from international law firms that are involved in legal business in Latin America. The lawyers are selected by Latinvex’s editorial and research staff using criteria including recent track record on major deals and business, prominence of their law firm in Latin America, and rankings by third parties.
The 12th annual ranking includes 100 attorneys across 14 different areas of expertise from law firms based in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and the Cayman Islands.
Pineda has twenty years experience advising international corporates and financial institutions on complex cross-border finance and corporate transactions and other investments in the United States and Latin America.
